My childbirth education classes are tailored to your individual needs & can be done virtually or in-person. I cover everything from the stages of labor to pain management techniques including spinning babies. My goal is to empower you and your partner with the knowledge and skills to have a positive birth experience.
Placenta Encapsulation
I offer placenta encapsulation services to help with postpartum recovery. Many women have reported increased energy levels, improved mood, and faster healing after taking their placenta capsules. Placenta prints, tincture, salve & cord keepsakes.
Lactation Support
As a lactation consultant (Thompson Method) I can provide personalized support to help you achieve your breastfeeding goals. I can assist with issues such as latch problems, low milk supply, and engorgement.
Postpartum Doula
As a postpartum doula I am here to support you during the first few weeks after birth. I can help with breastfeeding, newborn care & education, light housekeeping, run errands and meal preparation.
Newborn Services
I offer a range of newborn services, including newborn doula, babywearing consultation, and infant education. Let me help you navigate the early days of parenthood with confidence.
Virtual Consultations
I understand that it can be difficult to leave the house with a newborn and with a busy life. That's why I offer virtual consultations for many of my services. Get the support you need from the comfort of your own home.
